Refunds

  • Refund Period: Refunds are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if the request is made within this 7-day period. Beyond this timeframe, refunds will not be processed.

  • Return Requirement: Refunds will not be issued until the product has been returned to us.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Damaged Products: Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty.

  • Notification: If your product is damaged during transport, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

  • Resolution: We will take every necessary step to correct the issue, whether it involves replacing the damaged item or offering a suitable solution.
